Funerals
I’ll be at your side to help you make difficult decisions and design fitting tributes.
To listen, to understand and to create a unique ceremony to mourn a life ended too soon or celebrate a life completed, with the right words, music and special touches to personalise your event.
I bring the experience to weave solemnity and humour into your ceremony in just the right amounts for you and your friends and families, helping you to mark the significance of your loss without forgetting the joy and laughter of a life lived.
I will answer your questions, support those speaking and deliver a personal and individual service, honouring the memories you hold dear and can support all your funeral needs including cremation services, burials and scatterings.
I am a calm presence throughout this difficult journey, someone you can lean on and rely on to make sure your loved one gets the send off you want for them.
Memorial Services
Memorial services are becoming increasingly popular, for a range of reasons, and give families and friends more scope to reflect on their loved one.
There may still be difficult decisions to make, but without the time limitations often in place for a funeral, a memorial service can take any shape you like, and take place in any venue that works for you and your friends and families.
I’ll be at your side to help you design fitting tributes, to listen, to understand and to create a unique ceremony to mourn a life ended too soon or celebrate a life completed, with the right words, music and special touches to personalise your event.
Often a memorial service is a mixture of solemnity and humour, woven into your ceremony in just the right amounts for you and your friends and families, helping you to mark the significance of your loss without forgetting the joy and laughter of a life lived.
I will answer your questions, support those speaking and deliver a personal and individual service, honouring the memories you hold dear and marking the occasion with dignity and respect.

Kind and Sympathetic
We attended a service at the Edgar Newman Chapel in Kettering which was conducted by Kim Berry. We must say how impressed we were with the entire service. Kim put everyone at ease with her kind and sympathetic voice which could be heard by all in attendance. We send our thanks to Kim for making a very sad day so bearable. Geraldine.
Warm and Empathetic
Kim recently conducted a ceremony we attended in Kettering. Whilst the day was of deep sadness, Kim's warm and empathetic approach really discplayed her professionalism. Tiff.
Wonderful Service
Recently Kim conducted the funeral of a beloved family member and I wanted to comment that the way she carried out the service was extremely professional. Her organisational skills were obvious to see and she put together a wonderful service to honour and ay respects to our Nan. Her calm nature put everyone at ease and, on what was a very emotional day for all attending, Kim went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly and respectfully. It goes without saying we would highly recommend Kim Berry Independent Funeral Celebrant in the future.

Thank you, feeling better since we held the funeral. Dad has already told me that I must book you for his! Dad has also been a little stronger this week, he wanted to write the thank you cards himself, whereas he hasn't been able to do anything previously. Deanna
