Recently Kim conducted the funeral of a beloved family member and I wanted to comment that the way she carried out the service was extremely professional.
Her organisational skills were obvious to see and she put together a wonderful service to honour and ay respects to our Nan.
Her calm nature put everyone at ease and, on what was a very emotional day for all attending, Kim went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly and respectfully.
